Get real-time data from Dataverse tables (cannot use Direct Query)

I need to get nearly real-time data from tables in Dataverse. However, Direct Query mode is forbiddened in my organization.

So, instead of directly connecting to Dataverse, it'd be better to store data from dataverse to a streaming dataset, and then use this dataset to create reports. I found something in Microsoft Documentation, but I do not fully understand the content:

How can I build such solution?
