Get number to item table from two tables if either is equal to a number

Hi,

I have three tables. One Fact table with Item information and two tables for invoice and credit line.

Both invoice and credit table has a column called Description Code. This is either equal to 1,2 or 3.

I'm trying to create a new column in Item Information table with this information based on if either of the two other tables equal one of those numbers. I have tried some if statements, but not sure how to go about it.

You might consider creating pbix file that will contain some sample data, upload the pbix to onedrive or dropbox and share the link to the file. Please do not forget to describe the expected results based on this sample data.
