Get excel file on power BI from sharepoint online List

I'm trying to connect to Sharepoint Online from Power BI Desktop to download this file and I just get 404 NOT Found error, but going to the URL on my browser I get the download for the file

https://xxxxxxxxx.sharepoint.com/cs/fbp/Shared%20Documents/Budget.xlsx

I have a similar issue. Able to download the file from portal but unable to download the file from directory in sharepoint.

It should be something to do with access to the DIRECTORY where the actual file sits.

In my case, raised a request to the appropriate team to get access to the actual file on share point.

Actually I got it sorted, use the Web instead of Sharepoint and it will work!!! Yay...
