Get bulk TFS data into excel, required permissions

Hello All,

I am trying to load tfs data into excel and then build some reports using our faviourate powerbi.

We are having ON PREMISES TFS.

From microsoft document, that, how to conenct with tfs in excel and load the data,  i followed those steps,

and successfully connected with ON PREMISES TFS.

I tried to connect and load the data into excel but i got  very few data i.e hardly the current iteration data.

Can anyone please give a brief information about 

What are the permissions should need... so that we can load all the projects data into excel.

Is it possible to do that??...

Any suggestions.
