I want to do get top5 RegisteredNumbers measure by dates and Nickname in power bi desktop,but I don't know how to do.Hope you guys can help me out, thanks in advance

First Add a Rank Column (Calculated Column) in your Table
RANK = RANKX ( FILTER ( TableName, TableName[Date] = EARLIER ( TableName[Date] ) ), TableName[RegisteredNumbers], , DESC, DENSE )
Now you can use a VISUAL level filter in Power BI or PIvot Table filter in Excel for top 5
