Get Networking Days in Real time

I need to calculate working days between a start and end day but it must be real time- meaning I have set up reporting periods that have a static start and end day and need to get the real time networking days between that set of days to calculate the current labor cost per employee.   I have a reporting period date table, holiday date table but don't know how to write a real time measure to calculate the networking days - minus weekends and holidays.

Here is the table for reporting periods.   So I need a dynamic real time calculation of working days.  If am a user looking at my labor costs on April 15th - then I need to get the current working days for Q2 minus weekends.   I haven't set up a massive table by day to do the calculations of day.   I am hoping you can do a calculation like in Excel where based on the current day it will calculate the correct networkings days real-time.   

Doing it by day counting like in the example, how would I keep that table up to date for real-time.  It seems that would only be helpful if dates are in the past not present.
