I am a novice with Rest API so please excuse my use of terminologies

let

Source = Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://swinerton.freshservice.com/helpdesk/tickets/all_tickets?format=json&page=1")),

#"Converted to Table1" = Record.ToTable(Source)

in

#"Converted to Table1"

This is what I see...what am I doing wrong
