Hi,
I'm trying to connect group email accounts from outlook to BI. I have managed to connect my own personal email address using "Microsoft Exchange Online", and then signing in on the Microsoft Account part.
However when i try to use a group email address it doesnt let me sign in. I believe when a group account is created you dont get a username or password? I've tried logging in using the Exchange account & the Microsoft Account and it wont let me on either.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get data from a group email account?

Hi,
I've already tried these solutions and they dont work. I think its because im using a shared inbox, which doesnt count as a Microsoft Account and doesnt have a password.
On the Microsoft Account sign in it says that the email address is not an account, and on the Exchange sign in it says it is unable to authenticate.
