Get ALL the workspaces in our tenent

Using the REST API, I am able to get only the workspaces that I am an admin to. 

How can I get the list of all workspaces in our tenent, regradless of my assignment to that workspace?

I believe you're looking for this endpoint, which claims to give you literally all of the workspaces as long as you're a Power BI Admin/Global Admin in your tenancy: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/admin/groups_getgroupsasadmin

I am not a tenent admin. But, I will try the link you provided and will update.
