Geo Locations in multiple columns

Hi All, I have a data base with locations geo “organized” in the following way: In one column there are the names of the departments (something like “states”) and other N columns one for each department with the codes of municipalities (something like “county”), which can have one or multiple codes depending of the reporting, separated by spaces. it seems like the one below: ID Departamento (State) ANTIOQUIA BOGOTA_DC CAQUETA CAUCA CHOCO CORDOBA MAGDALENA NARI_O NORTE_DE_SANTANDER 1 Choco 27001 2 Bogota 11001 3 Bogota 11001 4 Antioquia Narino Norte_de_Santander 05001 52001 54001 5 Cordoba 23001 6 Antioquia 05045 7 Caqueta 18001 8 Cauca Putumayo Valle_del_Cauca 19050 9 Norte_de_Santander 54385 10 Bogota 11001 11 Cordoba 23068 23079 23350 23466 23555 23570 23580 23807 23855 12 Cordoba 23001 13 Cordoba 23807 14 Choco 27073 27077 27099 27160 27001 27615 27787 15 Choco 27006 27073 27075 27160 27205 27250 27361 27001 27615 27787 In another table I have a municipalities codes with their name, lat, long and other information. The question is: It is possible to rearrange the table in order to have only one column with unique municipalities codes (for example creating a new table) and how can I link the new table with all the information in the original table? Thanks in advance for your help!
