Gauge with- live data vs fixed target.

Dear All- i have an excel file with country and its sales value [in euro]  is there.

Now i want to view in 'gauge scale' with the sales value vs target value [in euro]. 

The sales value is a live data and target i need to put manualy [means i dont have 'target' column in my excel file].

Also i have 6 or 7 countries so i have to in a single gauge with 'slicer as country'.

please help.

Just add measures and drag to Maximum value and Target value.
