Gathering Insights from Customer Feedback (Word Cloud)

The goal is to gather insights from customer feedback. I have unstructured data in which customers can provide their own comments/feedback about their experiences. Word Cloud was used as a starting point just to pick out the most used words. After exporting data from the word cloud, I like how the most common phrases were provided from the export. Is there a way for us to use the values of a word cloud (the words you would see in the word cloud) and have it displayed on a sankey graph? My goal is to try to display the relationship of common customer phrases (words from word cloud) between it's feedback status (sankey graph): "Addressed/Resolved" vs "Not Addressed/Outstanding".

Has anyone ever analyzed customer feedback? Maybe I am going about this in the wrong manner and would just like some advice on how you have approached.

Below are a few screenshots that might better explain what I was envisioning. Word Cloud with it's words. Sankey Graph is the target where I would like to have the words from the Word Cloud and try to associate it with feedback status.

I think you are trying to use the wrong visual. Sankey is about flows, not relationships. Use one of the graph/network visuals.
