Gateway

Hello

I have created a new gateway and I cannot change to the new gateway as I need to add a Sharepoint source to the gateway. As you can see in the first instance, it is optional to add to the gateway, in the new gateway, I have to add to the gateway. Why is this happening?

Thanking you in advanceGatewayy.JPG

 Hi all

I forgot to tick the boxAllow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster. These cloud data sources do not need to be configured under this gateway cluster.

Thank you

Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm not clear either. Is the data source added in your new gateway successfully?  Does it show "connection successful"?

If you don't add it into gateway, please do it firstly. If you have added, but it shows the error message, please check if it is correct for the URL and the anthentation method.

Best Regards,
Xue Ding
