Gantt style chart

Does anyone know if and how it is possible to make a chart like this in PBI desktop, do you know of any visual that can create this? I have tried with a Gantt chart visual, but it didnt seem to work

i want to see how many registrations each user have made per month, both with number and bar

According to your screenshots, I think you can try to use matrix visual:

For your scenario, you need to turn on the 'conditional formatting' feature and modify the subtotal option.
