Further analyis on scatter plot not available

So I am trying to add y-axis constant lines on a scatter plot and for some reason, the option is sometimes available and sometimes not and I am recreating the same scatter plots to get the options but it just isn't working.

This is one scatter plot:

This is the other one, same setting and everything

How is it possible to get so widely different options on the same menu?

@jlcunff , in the second case, the scatter plot is not selected. Please click on scatter plot and check

It actually is selected and it is giving me the menu you see, the filters show that I am selecting a plot with the same values.

The second screenshot shows the panes related to the report page settings rather than data visualization analysis.

It is recommended to reopen the report and check it.
