Funcion search con varias condiciones

Hola a todos.

 

Estoy trabajando con una consulta en la cual requiero crear una columna calculada que me muestre si el registro de la columna MONTO PAGADO es un valor cerrado (cifra termina en una cantidad determinada de ceros).

Inicialmente tenia informacion de un unico pais y habia utilizado la siguiente formula, en la cual si el dato de la columna MONTO PAGADO cumplia con la condicion de tener 3 ceros (0), me dijera que el monto era cerrado.

Pero ahora requiero definir una condicion diferente para cada uno de los paises, agradezco de su ayuda con la modificacion de esta formula.

You can just use a switch to walk through the different options. Something like:

Monto cerrado =
SWITCH (
    Financiero[Origen],
    "COLOMBIA",  //Code for Colombia here,
    "ECUADOR", //Code for Ecuador here
    //etc...
)
