Freeze order column with scroll matrix

Hi friends, i have a problem with a control matrix.

Is possible freeze header column when scroll my matrix?

I have necessity to freeze the column 1,2,3 in my matrix but not exist option for this.

Can help me?

You can just check stepped layout on
