Free user can no longer share Dashboards

Have been able to share and embed my dashboard for over a year, as of May 1st, I now get a popup telling me I need pro in order to do this.

Literally about to release my Health Dashboard to the public and now am unable. 

I am going through the steps to get Pro, but I can't find any indication anywhere that a change was made by Microsoft.

@SteveL2 Yes, you would need to have pro licence to be able to share your reports and contents with other pro users. You might be user free licence of PowerBI pro for limited time or your may need to renew your licence. Normally, in powerbi service you get the notification on the top bar about your licence geting expired.
