Formula fails when enabling date-fitler

Hello,

I have a formula that calculates the rate of cases which have been escalated (Case-status = "escalated") devided by the total of all cases (Case-status = ALL). It works perfektly, until I combine two speficic filter: When I filter for a specific group ('Overview'[Group]) it still works, but as soon as I additionaly filter for a specific date-range, the rate turns to 100%. everywhere:

Escalation Rate = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Overview'[Case-Number]); 'Overview'[Case-status (2 Groups)] IN {"escalated"} )/CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(('Overview'[Case-Number])); ALL('Overview'[Case-status]; 'Overview'[Group]))

I tried so many different things but I can't get it right. I don't understand the problem, beacause every other filter and fitler combination works.
how can I fix this?

Thank you very much!
