Formula bar and Notifications obscures Report view

I find it annoying that the notification when I view as a Role or if I have unapplied changes in the data, the messages are covering the Report page. Same with the Formula bar if I have a measure selected.

Is there any way of moving down the report view/window? There is plenty of space below it.

Unfortunately, you cannot change the setting. For those inconvenient experiences, you may submit ideas.
