Formatting a Measure as a Web URL

Hey all,

I created a measure to show a default value, such as "Select a Customer", when no bars are selected. However, when the user selects a customer, it displays the url that takes the user to the customer's webpage.

The measure works, but the url cannot be made "click-able". Any ideas on how to make that happen?

Hi @Bhartman30,

In your scenairo, please try to create a custom column instead of the the measure, then format the column values as Web URL. For more information, please refer to thsi article: Hyperlinks in tables.

If you have any question, please feel free to ask.

Best Regards,

Hi ,

If we create a custom column, it calculates the value just once , i.e it cannot be made dynamic in case the measure is dynamic.

My requirment is to create a web url that is dynamic i.e based on my selections

Any solution to this?

Unfortunately, no. I was not able to find a solution to this.

Did you ever find a solution to creating measure as a webURL?
