I've posted a a suggestion in another part of this community and am bringing the same issue here.
Trying to fix a reporting issues where not all data displays in a matrix visual in an existing report. To diagnose, I've tried creating a new tab with a matrix visual, then matching all aspects of the original visual to see what breaks it.
While building the new tab, all data displays correctly and continues to dosiplay completely once filters are set. The only difference is that the matrix is in the defulat format. I then try changing the format to Condensed which matches the original visual. This throws an error message.
To try ot further diagnose, I've copied the original visual to the new tab alongside the new. The original continues to exclude parts of the data. If I try to change its format to Default to match the new visual that is properly displaying data, I get the same error.
Here is the error data from Power BI Desktop:

With support slow to non-existent, I gave up and built a new version of the dashboard. Same data set and same visualizations, no issues with data not appearing as in the original. Very strange behavior, and frankly, raises questions about our use of this tool.
