Format problem between excel and power query

As you can see there isnt 000001 or 000002, those 8 numbers at the end in my excel format, but once I uploarded this excel in my power query, it turn my decial numbe to 21.107000001 with unncessuaily 8 numbers at the end. Both of my excel and power query i have made it in Text Format. 

Please help 
Because of this issue, I can't  fully merage between two tables.

this an automatic step added by power query. Just delete it.
