Format number as MIllion using ' (e.g. 1'000)

Hello Power Bi coomunity,

i hope find everyone health and safe.

My question is about a table that i have that i want to change the number format to this particular million format

Where i have 123,000,000, i want to have just 123'000.

I was trying to use this format 

#,,.0M

but i think that im doing something wrong when i change. Can you help me, please?

This custom format string gets this result from 123456000

in general it works ... thanks so far.

When adding an Symbol for the currency, it is not working anymore. Any suggestion:

#'###, --> 2'319 but

#'###, € --> 2318'905 €
