Format measure

I have this measure:

UsedPercent = ROUND(DIVIDE(SUM(Summaries[UsedAmount]) * 100, [ArchiveTotal]), 0). The format is Whole Number and a number of decimals is zero. On the chat it is shown as 90.00%. How can I get rid of zeroes and show 90%?

@Greg_Deckler I see what's going on. I am using 100% stacked chart. If I use a stacked chart then it's not happening.

@Markzolotoy Attempted to replicate this but didn't run into this issue so there must be something different about your data and mine I imagine. See attached PBIX below signature.
