Hello,
I am trying to format the dates on my X axis so that month and year appear on separate lines. I would like all points to look like September 2017 (which I have highlighted below). Trying to do with without resizing the chart or the text. Simply for aesthetics.

If you're using a date hierarchy with year and month, you could look at turning off "concatenate labels" on the X-Axis. It would then look like this:
