Hi , @kolturra
When I tried to use your sample data for testing, I found that the time interval is too messy to make prediction data.
Please make sure that your dates in valid timeline have a consistent gap between consecutive point first.

Hi , @kolturra
Here is a test demo.
After my research, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now.
For your requirement , it is suggest to come up with a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner. https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas

Hi,
Thanks very much. I have updated this request in Idea community.
Thanks,

I would add a column to you table like:
WeekDay = WEEKDAY([Date],2)
Then a measure like:
Measure = SUMX(FILTER('Table','Table'[WeekDay] < 6),'Table'[Value])
Use the Measure in your visual and forecast should now exclude weekends
