Forecast vs Actual Running Total

Hello,

I want to graph a forecast vs actual running total. The forecast runs through 2020 and the actual total runs through today.

How can I graph these lines in the same graph without having the actual running total run all the way through 2020? I tried the calculated column with an if statement and got wrong values
