For Bar chart show both number and percent

Hi everyone, need some help in plotting a visual.

For the visual above, I want to display both the allocated hours and percentage. But in the visual I'm able to get only either percentage or the number.  

Can someone please help me to display both the number and %?

Either you can achieve it by Line and Column Chart...video1

 

or you can get it by creating Calculation Group in Tabular Editor...video2

Im sorry to tell you that your requirement might not be achieved currently. Data labels cannot display numbers and percentages at the same time. But you can put the percentage into tooltips.

Measure:

Percent = DIVIDE(SUM('Table'[Value]),CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Value]),ALL('Table')))
