'Font color scales' does not seem to work on percentages

Hi,

The 'Font color scales' does not seems to work on percentages.  As set as below all percentages turn red. I want 100% to be green and diverging to 0% in red.  

'Remaining budget %' is a measure, so I can not use a conditional colomn (or am i wrong?) to fix it.

Any solutions?

Try using 0.5 for 50% and 1 for 100%
