Flushing data from PBIX report file

Hi Experts.

I am trying to flush data out of an existing report.

The report is sourcing the data from an another pbix file which we call it as cube.

I tried File>>Export>>As template but the template file size is same as the original file and when I open the template the data still displayed.

Wondering if there is a way I can flush out the data from pbix file which sources the data from another pbix file.

Thanks guys for your help.

Infact my pbix files were using the live connection to the other pbix file as the data source.

There is no data in the report but as soon as I open the report the data gets refreshed.

@Anonymous , Using DAX studio you can download.

You can also try power Automate visual

We do have restrictions on the use of third party tools like DAX Studio.

I would appreciate if you could please provide some links where the detailed steps are outlined, both for DAX studio and the Power Automate visual. I would try seek permission from my IT admin to get the DAX Studio installed.
