Fiscal Calendar LY (by 52 Fiscal Week, 13 Period, Year ) Not summing up in group level

With LY Fiscal (Week)  I was able to Return LY , the problem is it's not suming up in the group.

For exampe, ( see 2 pictures)

2015's LY P1 W1 - W4 (5,359,963; 7,591,123; 8,813155; 8,583,446) matched 2014 P1 W1 - W4,

BUT, 2015's LY P1 (8,583,466) and 2014 P1 (30,347,687) doesnt match. Seems like it always pulling the 4th week of the period of LY as the SUM of the period. And it doesnt sum up yearly for LY.

So i tried With LY Fiscal (Period), but it will only give me the whole period.

What i really need is LY by week but also sum up to the Fiscal Period and Fiscal Year.

Anyone has similar situation? Your help is appricaited . I have been stuck here for days!...

LY Fiscal (Week)=
CALCULATE(
SUM('Data_SI_(D)_Invoice'[Invoice X]),
FILTER(ALL(Lookup_SI_FiscalData),

Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Week ] = max(Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Week ])

&&

Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Period] = max(Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Period])

&&

Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Year] = max(Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Year]) - 1)
        )

LY Fiscal (Period) =
CALCULATE(
SUM('Data_SI_(D)_Invoice'[Invoice X]),
FILTER(
ALL(Lookup_SI_FiscalData),

Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Period] = max(Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Period])

&&

Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Year] = max(Lookup_SI_FiscalData[Fiscal Year]) - 1)
        )

2014 (LY)2014 (LY)2015(TY)2015(TY)

Thank you @Greg_Deckler but it's not what i am looking for.

And my goal is to put that into a KPI card to compare the GAP between selected Fiscal Year  VS prior year's  . And add a scliders for user to select Year, Period and Week of their choice. So having them on a table won't work neither.

Thank you for sharing the links.
