FireBird ODBC connector intermittent refresh

Hey,

I am getting the following error in the query editor and when i try to refresh my FIreBird ODBC connector;

DataSource.Error: ODBC: ERROR [08004] [ODBC Firebird Driver]Failed to establish a connection.
Details:
DataSourceKind=Odbc
DataSourcePath=dsn=SiteWatch
OdbcErrors=[Table]

I know the connection works as I have connected to the data initially, and then again at irregular intervals it will fetch the data again.

To me it seems as though the datasource is "is use" or something like that, because it will connect sometimes, but not others, I am not trying to do anything to the data table except retrieve it, any help would be great;

Generally speaking, the intermittent loss of connection with the data source may be caused by network instability or short-term maintenance of the data source.
