Finding Average time of the day

Hi,

I am trying to get the average of the time of the day an event occurs. Can you please guide me on how I can go about doing this? 

I have extracted the time from the datetime field. When I try to view it in the report, it just gives the option to see the Earliest/Latest time of the day, but not the Average time of the day.

Refer my screenshot for how the data looks in the Data tab. I want the Average of the PickupTimeHour.

Change your format to hh:nn:ss so it's 24 hour using the data tab. Then use the dax measure 

Measure = FORMAT(AVERAGE('Table'[PickupTimeHour]),"HH:MM:SS")
