Find the Purchased/Unpurchased Outlet

Dear BI Community Team,

I have 02 tables --- sales order & customer that want to find the customer purchased and unpurchased from customer.

I have created the measure of Total Sales = SUM('Sales Order'[Amt No VAT]) and after trying, it is showing the customer purchased only and missing of unpurchased.
