Based on my test, the built-in facebook connector can't get all detailed users who liked one of your POST. Since the connector actually relies on the Facebook Graph API(FGA), you can dig into the API to find out the approach to get the required information. As to further suggestions on FGA, I'd suggest you find support from Facebook.
