Find Last Date value eventhough it is null

Hi, I need to get the value of last date eventhough it is null. The functions lastdate & Max is not working. They are pulling previous non-zero values. The dataset & result are beow. Can any one help me on this.

show Items with no data

Right click on Category on visual and click "show items with no data". It will show you null values against

LASTNONBLANKVALUE(Table[rundate],max(table[Value]))
sumx(summarize(Table, Table[Category],"_1",LASTNONBLANKVALUE(Table[rundate],max(table[Value]))),[_1])

You might have to add month year in summarize or visual
