Find Last Date a Value is Logged in A Column Filtered by Person Name and Process

Hello PowerBI Community,

I am trying to find the last date that a person logs a "YES" under a specific process and to determine 6 months lapses between two YES values for each process.

Example.)

Person 1/Process 1: March 1, 2020

Person 1/Process 2: July 1, 2019

Person 1/Process 3: July 1, 2019

Person 1/Process 4: July 1, 2019

Person 1/Process 5: October 1, 2019

All lapsed 6 Months, being logged Jan 1st, 2019 and not all again until July 1st 2019.

@Boveing10 - If possible, I would unpivot your Process# columns as this will be much easier if you go that route.
