Financial forecast

Hi,

I try to make a financial forecast graphic on current contracts. I have a sharepoint database with the columns "initial date of the contract", "end date of contract" and "monthly amount".
I can not figure out how to make powerBi apply the "monthly amount" every month between the two dates.

If someone has an idea.

Thanks a lot

Stephane

Take a look at these two Quick Measures as I think you want something like them.

Re: Financial forecast

Hi @steph-Ved

From my view, your requirement is possible to achieve with power bi,

Could you share some data with me and let me know the logic for forecast so taht i can figure out with DAX?

some similar case sloved with power bi below

Finance Forecast using DAX

Take Advantage of Forecasting in Power BI with the Analytics Pane

Best Regards

Maggie

Re: Financial forecast

Hi @Greg_Deckler

I'm sorry for the response time, I was able to test your solution in the last few days and that's exactly what I wanted.

I use Periodic Billing solution. The coding is a little scary for a neophyte like me, but it works very well and finally quite easy to adapt.

So thanks a lot.
