Hi @Lcantemir,

You mean the filter bar in Power BI service as follows? Or you mean the bar in Power Bi desktop, 1 and 2 part?

Power Bi service  power bi desktop
All of them can not be hide, they are a designed behaviour. Here is a similar thread for your reference.
