Please let me know how can we achieve this requirement.
In our report page We have a
Date slicer,
Bar GraphA - shows Number of Employees hired in the years selected in Date Slider
Bar GraphB - Shows Number of Employee hired for each level for the current year , i.e 2019
The intereactions between Date slider and Bar GraphB is off. But if we select any previous year for.eg. 2018 in Bar GraphA, then Bar Graph B should show values for year 2018. If there is no selection in Bar GraphA then Bar GraphB should always show the latest year i.e 2019. Please refer to the image below.Thanks.

Check if the pbix file at below location is what you need. In the pbix 'Total Quantity' is the measure.
