A quick question:

If Im using edit interactions- and stop a slicer interacting in one visualisation; how do I get the results selected by the non interaction slicer to not be shown in this visualisation?

Hi @megskilton,

The slicer is used to filter the rows in resource table, which narrows the portion of the dataset shown in the other visualizations on the page. When you stop a slicer interacting in one visualization, there is no relationship between slicer and visualization. They don't affect each other. So the visualization remains constant whether you select value in slicer or not.

When you select some value in slicer, you want the corresponding values are not shown in visualization, right? If it is, we are unable to achieve.

Hi @v-huizhn-msft,

Thanks for your reply,

Yes that is what Im looking for, I have two table visualisations and in one table I want it to show whats selected in the slicer, and the other table I would like it to show whats not included in the slicer.

Completly cancelling the interaction is not my desired outcome,

Many thanks,

Hi @megskilton,

Up to now, we are unable to achieve your requriement by using slicer, thanks for understanding.

Best Regards,
Angelia
