I have two queries Query A - Contains Employee ID, and Employee Title Query B - Contains B contains the Employee ID, but as one of the final applied steps, I use grouping and Employee ID is not one of the items grouped by. I'd like to filter out any records where the employee Title is function lead. Is there a way to insert a step to filter this out? Ex below + pic
Employee ID | Employee Title |
123456 | Technician |
765432 | function lead |
123344 | Technician |
222222 | function lead |
999999 | Technician |
Query A |

maybe you can try merge tables before the group step and filter out the values you don't want.

@ryan_mayu @amitchandak Is there a way to add a employee Title column in Query B based off of data that is column A, sort of like a vlook in Excel so that I can populate the employee title in Column B using M?
@jcastr02 , you can use merge in Power Query/M
