Hello all,
Every Monday, I download sales data from multiple distributors for the prior week. Some distributors include Sunday sales, some do not. As a result, published reports in the service are accurate through the most recent Saturday.
My company's 'Date' table week also ends on Saturday.
I want to show an area chart filtered for data thru the most recent Saturday so that the extra Sunday data doesn't show up for the current week and give the visual a huge drop off.
Is there a way to do that dynamically so that I don't have to update the visual each week?
Of Note:
- I don't have access to our cube so I can't create a new column like this dynamic date filter tutorial
- I can have something like that implemented thru a request but was looking for a workaround if possible
(current view with drop-off)
(what I want it to look like automatically)
Thanks for your help!
Hi @abristow
Do you have some sample data or preferably a sample pbix file?
