@MH3 , Create a measure

cnt = count(Table[Hotel Name]) +0

and filter for cnt=0 // visual level filter

Sir @amitchandak ,

Actually I have to show those hotels who have not recevied a file today, which is indicated by the Received Date,

As you see:
Annotation 2020-05-28 140519.png

only 4 Hotels have the Receving Date, and I want to show only those who have not and also the count for them,

Like as For a Todays Filter, 28th we have Received 4 Files, of 4 Hotels (names are there in the table), just like for hotels who have no received date.

Hi @MH3 ,

Following questions:

  1. Is your Hotel Name and Received date columns in same table?
  2. Is this Hotel Name based table related to any other table in your data model?
  3. Can you share screenshot of your data model with all the relationships?
  4. The Date Filter on the page - Is it recieved Date column that you are using in the table visual below?

If this helps and resolves the issue, appreciate a Kudos and mark it as a Solution! 🙂

Thanks,

Pragati

Hello @Pragati11

1) Yes, they are in the same table, but those hotels who have Receive Dates.
2) I have used the Master Table of Hotel Names (which have all the hotel Names)

3) Sure, Annotation 2020-05-28 155925.png

4) Yes, The Date Fillter is The Received Date, Both on the Slicer and on the Table.

Hi @MH3 ,

If your RECEIVED DATE and HOTEL NAME is coming from same table LOG HEADER, then this issue should not come.

Also you have a DATE table, if you are not using it, why it is related to the LOG HEADER table?

Similarly, what puprpose is HOTEL table serving here?

1st thing I would do is create all the relationships bi-directional.

Also, you date table has 2 relationships with Log Header table. Not sure why this secondary relationship is created.

It's hard to judge the issue without seeing your pbix file.

If this helps and resolves the issue, appreciate a Kudos and mark it as a Solution! 🙂

Thanks,

Pragati

@Pragati11
I'll explain it to you Everything step by step

1)  I had created the Date Table just for case, but then my senior said in Log Header Table there are dates which we can use it, but I linked my Date Column with the Received Date colum in Log Header.

2) The Hotel Table contains, Master Table which have all the Hotels Names

3) and there is a Linkage of Hotel Names in Log Header Table, which shows which hotels have Received a file (indicated by Received Date Column).

My Problem is I have to show those hotels which have no Received Dates Against them,

like this:
Annotation 2020-05-28 140519.png

In this all hotels are showing, but the received dates are empty on those which have not received a file.

So, I have put the Hotel Name Column (from Hotel Table) because from that I can show those hotels who haven't received a file yet as respect to the slicer.

If you still got questions ask me this help you to solve my problem.

Thanks!

Hi @MH3 ,

Just mentioning this again, can you share your pbix file?

If not try following:

  1. Remove relationship between DATE and LOG HEADER tables
  2. Make relationship between HOTEL and LOG HEADER tables bi-directional.

Then see what happens.

This issue is something, I can't provide a solution until I can see it on pbix file.

Try above and see if this helps.

If this helps and resolves the issue, appreciate a Kudos and mark it as a Solution! 🙂

Thanks,

Pragati

Hi @MH3 ,

1. Select the chart

2. Open the filter pane on the right side

3. You will find the "ReceivingDate" filter on the Filter Pane

4. Select the "Blank" value in this filter.

Then you will see all the blank receiving dates in your chart.

Please try.

Hello Sir

@AiolosZhao
I cannot see any blank option in the Filter Options of Receiving date

Annotation 2020-05-28 140519.png

check the ScreenShot, and I just want to show those hotels who had not received a file, which is indicated by this Receving date.

Hi @MH3 ,

Can you share some sample data?

Thanks,

Pragati

Hello, Miss @Pragati11

I am actually developing this report for the client, but I can share you this
Count.png
This Visualization Shows, Hotels for which the Files are received, with Received Dates,

and I want to show the Hotels who has not received files (No Received Dates basically).

like this:

Annotation 2020-05-28 140519.png

In This Visualization, I have used the Master Table of Hotel, where all the hotel names are there and I inserted the received date  which then shows received dates to the hotel names who have it, but I want to display only those hotels who have not.

Kya ye Ho sakta ha?
