Hi,
is there an option to use items in a list visualization (kind of) as a filter?
So if you click inside the list visualization (on e.g. a name) it filters all other visualizations by this item?

In addition to ntaylo06's answer, please edit interactions for visuals to make sure they are affected by the slicer.

Yes, this is a default behavior of Power BI. As long as all of the data is from the same source or linked with a relationship it will be filtered when you click the visual.
