Filter visual for month according to date selection

We have the requirement whereby we are using a "between" date selection to set the relevant date slicing for a set of reports. Most of the reports contain Day, Month and FYTD values which we calculate according to the End Date selected. So if the between Date section is from 2018/07/01-2018/10/20, the Day value will be the value for 2018/10/20, the MTD will be for October 2018 up until the 20th and the FYTD will be for the entire selection (these are not an issue). The problem we are having is some of the matrix visuals are only supposed to show values grouped according to the weeks from the last month (ie Week 1,2,3,4,5 in October). While the values are zero for the weeks outside of October we need these months/weeks to be filtered out completely. Furthermore, this needs to be dynamic according to the end date selected. In the example below, I would only like to see September's weeks.

Hi Jimmy Tao hopefully I can clarify things. In the example below, I have selected 2018/09/12 as my end date in my slicer. I would like everything in the report to reflect for this date. So in the matrix with DayValue, WeekValue, MTD and YTD, you will see that all these values reflect the relevant values for 2018/09/12, ie DayValue is the value on 2018/09/12, WeekValue is the WTD value for the week of 2018/09/12, MTD is the MTD value for the month of September and YTD is the YTD value for the year. This matrix visual is working perfectly. My problem is with the matrix at the bottom which shows Month and then the week number for the month (ie Week 1, Week 2... for each month). While the values are correct I need to filter the matrix to only show the month according to the end date selected, so for the selection below (2018/09/12) I would only like to see Month 9-> Week 1, Week 2, Week 3. I need this filter to be dynamic so that as I change the slicer end date the filter also changes accordingly. Here is a link for the example PBIX file Example PBIX file.
