Filter table values

I have a calculated table based on measures from the model and i am trying to filter it based on date offset.

=SELECTCOLUMNS(
{("Budget", "eComm","YTD", [Revenue $'s YTD], [Budget YTD Var %])
}
, "Metric", [Value1]
, "Segment", [Value2]
, "Period", [Value3]
, "Dollars", [Value4]
, "Variance", [Value5]
)

I want to introduce filter into select coulmn like this " Filter('Date' , [Year Offset] = "0"). how I can do that?

Could you share some simplified data sample and expected output? You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here.
