Filter over Filter on the same column for valid

Hello everyone,
I'm stuck with this, I appreciate who can help me.
I want to know the quantity of bills that are being sold on the same invoice. I include my group, however, I cannot reach point D in the example.
I would like to know how many Secondary items are part of the same bill as the Princiapls. For explaining me a little better of the 15 cell phone bills 10 of them carry some secondary product
