Filter out blank values in a column from a quick measure?

So I used quick measures to do a year over year change column. My data starts in 2015. So if I display the year in columns, a blank column will show up for my year over year measure for 2015 because there's obviously no data in 2014. I tried doing a visual filter with the quick measure to filter out blanks or zero amounts and nothing works?

Does the quick measure contains some statement like "all" which will remove the visual level filter?
